This Privacy Policy (the Policy) explains how Move Money Ltd ("Move", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares your information when you use the Move mobile app, USSD (*718#), website, and related services (the Services).

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information responsibly and in compliance with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). By your information, we mean any information about you that you provide to us.

We will only collect, process and share your information so that we can provide you with the Services that you are applying for. We will obtain your consent for any other processing that is not related to this purpose.

  • Name, phone number, email, date of birth, ID details, address, business name, business registration number and other personal and business information as Move may deem necessary.
  • Payment and transaction details.
  • Messages or notes attached to transactions.

  • Device information (e.g., phone model, OS).
  • Location (where required for compliance).
  • Usage data (e.g., frequency of app/USSD use).
